Returns (30 days)
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items that show signs of wear, washing, odor, damage, or alteration

Photos if item arrived damaged or incorrect
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@oprclothin.comand include photos. If confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

We recommend a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size/color, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
